Criterium-McWilliam Engineers is part of the Criterium Engineers network, a consulting engineering company with 60+ offices in the U.S. and Canada. Criterium Engineers was established in 1957 to provide engineering reports on the condition of homes. It was one of the first companies to offer such a service in the United States and has been a primary participant in the development of what is now a thriving national home inspection industry.

Criterium-McWilliam Engineers is a family run business that opened their doors in 1994. Through the years their “family” has grown from just Chay & Katie McWilliam to a staff of 11, including their son Jamie.
