Educational Offerings for Realtors

Criterium-McWilliam Engineers, LLC offers a variety of educational forums for the real estate community. Charles “Chay” McWilliam, P.E., is the instructor/provider of two continuing education classes approved by the state of Nevada for real estate agents. These two classes, entitled Red Flags in Real Estate - BuildingTalk I and BuildingTalk II, inform the student about how a house or building is constructed from start to finish. The student will gain an understanding of what they are selling, not just how to sell it; this fundamental understanding will improve the real estate agent’s overall selling skills.

We also offer mini-seminars to real estate offices and real estate groups such as the Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors and the Women’s Council of Realtors. These mini-seminars are condensed versions of the BuildingTalk courses and focus on current issues relevant to today’s real estate market.

In addition, we provide short presentations to real estate offices in which we introduce the building inspection process to the real estate agents. These presentations focus on our experience, with over 22,000 building inspections, and the many services offered by Criterium-McWilliam Engineers, LLC.
